Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@luckybam.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will be pleased to arrange a replacement.

As each piece is thoughtfully crafted, slight variations and minor surface marks from production or regular play may occur. These subtle characteristics are a natural part of the product’s craftsmanship and individuality.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in creating every piece and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you have any questions before placing your order, we encourage you to reach out —we're always happy to assist. We also recommend reviewing all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

We want you to love your order! If something arrives damaged or defective,  please email us at info@luckybam.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

To speed things along, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of both the item(s) and packaging

After reviewing your request, we’ll determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All returns require prior approval before being shipped back. To begin a return, please contact info@luckybam.com for authorization instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories and inserts.

Refund Timing

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we’ll send you an update regarding your refund status. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas will automatically receive an extended return period of an additional two weeks after Christmas.
