Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your purchase is placed. During launches, holidays, sales, or other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Locations
Lucky Bam Mahjong currently ships throughout Canada and the United States.
If you are located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@luckybam.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on weather, holidays, or carrier delays. While we always strive for timely delivery, shipping dates cannot be guaranteed once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
Lucky Bam Mahjong is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@luckybam.com. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lucky Bam Mahjong is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. You’re also welcome to reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist however we can.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luckybam.com.
